Key points ✍️मुख्य बातें ✍️Key points ✍️
- Four types — epithelial, connective, muscular and nervous tissues. Chaar types — epithelial, connective, muscular aur nervous tissues.
- Epithelial — outer covering of the body or lining of internal organs; grouped by job: exchange, protection, secretion, sensory. Epithelial — body ka bahari cover ya organs ki lining; kaam ke hisaab se: exchange, protection, secretion, sensory.
- Blood — a fluid connective tissue: plasma (55% of total volume) + formed elements (45%) — RBCs, WBCs, platelets. Blood — fluid connective tissue: plasma (total volume ka 55%) + formed elements (45%) — RBCs, WBCs, platelets.
- RBC — haemoglobin (iron-rich protein) gives red colour; live about 4 months.RBC — हीमोग्लोबिन (लौह-युक्त प्रोटीन) से लाल रंग; लगभग 4 महीने जीवित।RBC — haemoglobin (iron-rich protein) se laal rang; lagbhag 4 mahine.
- Bone — hard, rigid matrix of calcium and phosphorus compounds → strength, support, protection. Bone — calcium aur phosphorus compounds ka hard matrix → strength, support, protection.
- Cartilage — soft, flexible; cushions bone ends (ear, nose). Cartilage — soft, flexible; bone ke sire cushion karti hai (kaan, naak).
- Ligament vs tendon — ligament: bone ↔ bone (stability, prevents dislocation); tendon: muscle ↔ bone (movement). Ligament vs tendon — ligament: bone ↔ bone (stability, dislocation se bachata); tendon: muscle ↔ bone (movement).
- Skeletal muscle — striated, multinucleate, unbranched; voluntary. Skeletal muscle — striated, multinucleate, unbranched; voluntary.
- Smooth muscle — spindle-shaped, one nucleus, no striations; involuntary (food moving in the intestine). Smooth muscle — spindle-shaped, ek nucleus, striations nahi; involuntary (intestine mein food ka aage badhna).
- Cardiac muscle — only in heart; branched, one nucleus, faint striations; never tires. Cardiac muscle — sirf heart mein; branched, ek nucleus, halki striations; kabhi nahi thakti.
- Neuron — dendrites → cell body → axon → axon terminals: receives, processes and transmits messages. Neuron — dendrites → cell body → axon → axon terminals: message receive, process aur transmit.
