Parts and what they mean

• Straight current-carrying wire (सीधा धारावाही तार) — Grasp it in your right hand.
• Thumb along the current (अँगूठा धारा की दिशा में) — For a straight wire the thumb shows I.
• Curled fingers give B (मुड़ी उँगलियाँ B देती हैं) — Circles round the wire; bright part is in front of the wire.
• Circular loop (वृत्ताकार पाश) — Now the roles swap.
• Fingers curl along the current (उँगलियाँ धारा की दिशा में मुड़ें) — Curl the right-hand fingers the way I goes round.
• Thumb gives B on the axis (अँगूठा अक्ष पर B देता है) — Same rule tells which face is N: B comes out of the N face.
