NCERT Eq. 6.3 · Class 12 Physics · Chapter 6 · interactive diagram
Parts and what they mean
- Flux Φ through the coil against time (समय के साथ कुंडली का फ्लक्स Φ) — Rises, stays constant, then falls faster.
- Induced emf ε against time (समय के साथ प्रेरित emf ε) — At every instant ε = −(slope of the Φ graph).
- Flux increasing (फ्लक्स बढ़ रहा) — Positive slope → negative emf (the minus sign = Lenz’s law).
- Flux constant (फ्लक्स स्थिर) — However large Φ is, no change means no emf.
- Flux decreasing (faster) (फ्लक्स घट रहा (तेज़ी से)) — Steeper fall → larger emf, with the opposite sign.
