Parts and their functions

• Phytoplankton (producers): 4 (पादपप्लवक (उत्पादक): 4) — Small standing crop of producers at the base.
• Zooplankton (consumers): 21 (प्राणिप्लवक (उपभोक्ता): 21) — A larger standing crop above a smaller one — so the pyramid of biomass in the sea is generally INVERTED.
