Parts and their functions

• Ice point (हिम बिंदु) — Melting point of pure ice at 1 atm: 0 °C = 32 °F.
• Steam point (भाप बिंदु) — Boiling point of pure water at 1 atm: 100 °C = 212 °F.
• Converting (रूपांतरण) — (t_F − 32)/180 = t_C/100 ⇒ t_F = (9/5)t_C + 32. They agree at −40°.
• Kelvin (absolute) scale (केल्विन (परम) पैमाना) — Zero at absolute zero (−273.15 °C); same size of degree as Celsius.
