Parts and what they mean
- Source voltage phasor V (स्रोत वोल्टता फ़ेज़र V) — v = vm sin ωt.
- Current phasor I (धारा फ़ेज़र I) — Ahead of V by φ when XC > XL.
- Phase angle φ (कला कोण φ) — tan φ = (XC − XL)/R. Between 0 and π/2 (never a full π/2 while R ≠ 0).
- Anticlockwise rotation at ω (ω से वामावर्त घूर्णन) — Both phasors rotate together.
- Voltage v (वोल्टता v) — Red curve.
- Current i (धारा i) — Blue curve: reaches its peak earlier than v.
- Phasor axes (फ़ेज़र अक्ष) — Angles measured anticlockwise.
- Time axis (ωt) (समय अक्ष (ωt)) — Horizontal axis of graph (b).
