Parts and their functions

• Gastric juice (जठर रस) — pH ≈ 1.2: strongly acidic (HCl in the stomach).
• Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) — pH 2.2 → [H⁺] = 10⁻²·² = 6.3 × 10⁻³ M.
• Black coffee (ब्लैक कॉफ़ी) — pH 5.0 → [H⁺] = 1 × 10⁻⁵ M: weakly acidic.
• Neutral (उदासीन) — Pure water at 298 K: [H⁺] = [OH⁻] = 10⁻⁷ M, pH = 7; K_w = 1.0 × 10⁻¹⁴ and pH + pOH = 14.
• Human blood (मानव रक्त) — pH ≈ 7.4, kept nearly constant by buffers (H₂CO₃/HCO₃⁻).
• Strong base (प्रबल क्षार) — 0.05 M KOH: [OH⁻] = 0.05 M, pOH = 1.30, pH = 12.70.
